Is engineer available to serve oversea?
We offer overseas on-site engineer service (travel expenses to be covered by the buyer). As a more economical choice, we will send you comprehensive installation videos and provide one-on-one remote support until the equipment is fully put into use.
How can we make sure about the machine quality after placing the order?
We take strict quality control for every unit. Before dispatch, we will provide full set of photos and running videos for your thorough verification. Meanwhile, on-site inspection is always available — you can send your own QC team or authorize your local contacts in China to check the machine anytime.
Can you explain me the whole transaction process ?

- Both parties sign the official contract to confirm all details.
- A 50% deposit is required to kick off production.
- Our factory carries out production strictly as per agreed specifications.
- Each machine will go through comprehensive running tests and quality checks.
- You may inspect the goods remotely via video, or arrange on-site check by yourself / a third-party inspector.
- After full inspection, settle the remaining balance, and we will arrange delivery promptly.
