Servo Screw Auger Filler is specialized for powder filling such as nutrients powder, seasoning powder, flour, etc.
B. Liquid Packing Solution
Piston Pump Filler is specialized for liquid filling such as water, juice, laundry detergent, ketchup etc.
C. Solid Packing Solution
Combination multi-head weigher is specialized for solid filling such as candy, nuts, pasta, dried fruit and vegetable etc.
D. Granule Packing Solution
Linear weigher is specialized for granule filling such as chemical, beans, salt, seasonings etc.
Step 1
Set the parameters we need on HMI.
Step 2
Pour bulk products into the storage hopper manually or automatically.
Step 3
Multihead weigher will dose the target weight we need.
Step 4
The packing machine finishes the film unwind and bag making.
Step 5
The weighing machine fills the dosed products into the made bags.
Step 6
The sealing jaws and cutting blade seal and cut the bags automatically.

Q1: What products do you pack, solid, granule, flake, powder or liquid?
For liquid we advise piston or motor pump, for powders we advise auger filler or volumetric cup filler, for solid, flake and granules we advise multihead weigher, linear weigher or volumetric cup filler.
Q2: What are the bag sizes and target weight in each pack?
For VFFS packing machine the minimum film width we work on is 120mm, the maximum film width we work on is 1200mm.
Q3: Does your company work on OEM?
Yes, we have a professional design and technical team to do the customization.
Q4: What’s the delivery time after the order is placed?
We arrange the shipment in 30-35 days for standard machine. It takes us more days for customized machines.
Q5: How about the warranty?
