Yes, we can send engineers to your factory, but all related fees will be covered by the buyer. To help save on your costs, we will send a comprehensive video showing detailed machine installation and support you through to completion.

Before delivery, we run the machine for half an hour to check its stability and send you the testing video for your satisfaction. We will configure all parameters properly. You are also welcome to arrange quality inspection yourself or through your contacts in China.

We hold a valid business license and certificates. Additionally, we support the Alibaba trade assurance service to protect your payment and ensure machine quality and delivery are guaranteed.
