For sticky or challenging products, we offer dimple plate configurations, specialized V-shape/U-shape/narrow feeder trays, timing hoppers, and dual-open hopper designs.
We accept standard trade terms including FOB, EXW, and CIF. Payment terms involve a 40% advance deposit and the remaining 60% balance paid prior to shipping via T/T or L/C.
We offer comprehensive technical support, including self-diagnostic guides, online support, training programs for your technicians, and the option to utilize local service agents or send company service technicians for commissioning and training.
Within the 12-month warranty period, mechanical and electronic components can be replaced free of charge (excluding fragile parts and damage from improper use). Defective parts must be returned within one month.
