1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer established in 2001. Like most manufacturers, we first carried out domestic trade, and registered in international trade systems in 2005.

2. What’s the guarantee of the machine?

We have a 1-year guarantee on our machines. We would gladly send you new replacement parts within the warranty period. You can also purchase locally if it is more convenient. We provide instructional videos and pictures to teach you how to replace any parts. Engineers are available to service machinery overseas if needed (expenses such as tickets, food, hotel, and salary would apply).

3. How long is your delivery time?

Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, it takes 15-20 days, depending on the quantity ordered.

4. How do we install the machine after receiving it?

Upon receiving the machine, simply connect it to the electricity and your air compressor to run it. If you require our team to assist on-site, it can be arranged (additional service costs and travel expenses apply). We test all machines extensively and provide test videos prior to shipment to ensure they are running properly.

5. What are your terms of payment?

For payments less than or equal to 5000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments greater than 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, and the remaining balance is required before shipment.

6. Do you offer customization or OEM services?

Yes, we provide customization and OEM services based on customer requirements. We can design and tailor the packaging solutions to meet your specific production needs free of charge.
