Pre-made packaging bags are placed in the bag magazine, fed to the bag feeding station by the bag feeding mechanism, and gripped by mechanical grippers.
The motor rotates to transfer the packaging bag to the next station, where a coding machine can be installed for printing codes.
After coding, the bag enters the bag opening station. The bag opening mechanism uses suction generated by two air nozzles on both sides of the bag mouth to open the bag.
This machine is equipped with a bag opening detection function, which detects the bag opening status via negative pressure. If the bag is not properly opened, no filling will be performed.
Filling and discharging: Materials enter the packaging bag through the hopper to complete the filling process (dust removal, vibration, and other actions can be added according to different material characteristics). The filling weight is ensured by a multi-head weigher (or other metering methods).
After filling, the bag passes through a vibrating station at the lower part to compact the materials for convenient sealing.

Smart Touch Screen HMI: Offers more convenient operation. It supports one-key full machine reset, allows control of each station via the touch screen, and the working speed can be freely adjusted within the specified range.
Intelligent Detection: It can intelligently detect bag opening status. It will not fill or seal the bag if opening is improper, avoiding bag waste and reducing costs.
