This component is specifically designed for atmospheric pressure filling without reflux. All the valves of the entire equipment are installed on the liquid cylinder. During filling, the valves remain stationary while the bottles move up and down in a straight line. During filling, the material enters the filling valve through the liquid inlet and then, after the spring is pushed against the bottle cap placed on the bottle mouth, it is injected into the bottle. This valve adopts a secondary opening valve mechanism. In the non-filling state, the filling valve achieves sealing under the action of the spring. Sealing rings are used at all possible connections with the outside in this component. If any material leakage is found during the production process, please first consider whether the sealing components are damaged.
