The machine consists of mechanical and electrical control. Electric control consists of pressure sensors and electric cabinet; Mechanical control consists of multistage feeding mechanism, weighing hopper, folder bag mechanism and frame, etc.
When electronic scale is working, feeding door were shut down in the first place under the control of the controller, open feeding mechanism for charging after automatic peeling and reset. Materials are putted into the weighing hopper continuously, pressure sensor converts weight into corresponding electrical signals, and then sent to the controller. Controller shows the weight of the material on the front panel window. And according to the parameters to output control signal in turns, weighing hopper were charging by the feeding mechanism in 3 flow rate ways: fastest, general fast, slow. Because of the original with a triple combination cylinder form, the machine shake seriously. Now it changed to a single set of separation and vibration feeding of blanking form, complete quantitative feeding accurately without shaking.
