It is suitable to filling low viscosity water-based liquid or oil-based liquid, like perfume, essential oil, alcohol, facial toner, makeup remover etc. It can fill lot liquid like milk or juice. It also can fill low corrosive or little foamy liquid, like pesticide and insecticide etc.

PLC & Touch Screen Control
The whole machine adopt PLC and touch screen volume, can set filling volume on touch screen, easy operation! For different volumes for example, 1ml, 10ml, 20ml, we set three procedures, mode 1, mode 2, model 3. The PLC can save these parameters for later use.
Easy Cleaning & GMP Standard
With gear pump and blue valve and food grade silicon pipe, the filling parts is easy take off and clean and replace, meet GMP standard.
Adjustable Filling Heads
The filling heads distance can be adjusted more far or more close to suit big bottle or small bottle.
Bottle-neck Fixing & Sensors
To ensure the bottles and filling heads are in the correct position, we add bottle-neck fixing parts, to ensure the whole filling & capping process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.
